Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of onetap (the website at onetap.bio, the pages we host on onetap.bio, viplinks.bio and customer domains, and the onetap app). The service is operated by Ultimate Social Automations LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person may not create accounts to get around limits or a suspension.

2. Your page and content

You own what you put on your page. You give us the permission we need to host, display and serve it. You are responsible for your content and the places you link to, and you confirm you have the rights to use the pictures, names and marks you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may remove content, disable links or suspend accounts that break it, and we may act on reports from visitors, platforms or authorities.

4. Addresses and domains

Page addresses are first come, first served. We may reclaim an address that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or has been inactive for a long time. If you connect your own domain you must control it and keep the DNS record in place.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free. Creator, Pro and Agency are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars (plus any tax that applies), and renews automatically until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Refunds are described in our Refund policy. If a paid plan ends or you move to a smaller plan, pages and domains above the new plan's limits stop being served until you upgrade again or remove them.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure your pages stop being served and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
