Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Ultimate Social Automations LLC collects when you use onetap, and when people visit pages hosted on onetap.

1. Members

We store your e-mail address, a hashed password, your name if you give it, your pages, pictures and links, and your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive the subscription status, your country and the last digits of the card for receipts, never the full card number.

2. Visitors of pages

To show page owners their stats we record page views and button clicks with the time, country (when known), device type, the referring site and a one-way hash of the IP address. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on pages. If a visitor confirms the 18+ notice we store a small cookie on that device for 30 days so they are not asked again.

3. Why we use data

To run the service, keep it secure, prevent abuse, provide stats to page owners, handle payments and support, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (hosting, e-mail delivery, payments by Stripe) and when the law requires it.

4a. Cookies

We use only cookies that are needed: your sign-in session in the app, and on pages the 18+ confirmation cookie. No advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Keeping data

Member data is kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days after the account is closed (backups roll over within 90 days). Visitor stats are kept for up to 13 months.

6. Your rights

You can correct your data and delete your account (with everything in it) in Settings. For a copy of your data or any other request, write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Visitors can ask a page owner or us about their data the same way.
